Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This website (thliv.systems) is operated by THLIV Systems LLC, an Ohio limited liability company located at 2550 Tracy Road, Suite 1503, Northwood, OH 43619. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website only. The SprinkVue platform (app.sprinkvue.com) is governed by its own privacy policy and subscription agreements provided to platform customers.

2. What We Collect

Contact form. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. That's it — the form collects nothing else.

Hosting logs. This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, per Cloudflare's own policies. We also keep a short-lived, IP-based submission counter (up to one hour) to limit contact-form abuse.

What we don't do: this site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

3. How We Use Contact Submissions

Contact-form submissions are transmitted through Resend, our email delivery provider, and delivered to our company mailbox. They are not written to a marketing database or mailing list. We use your submission solely to respond to your inquiry, and we retain the resulting email correspondence like any ordinary business email.

4. Service Providers

We use Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery) and Resend (email delivery for contact-form submissions). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service to us.

5. Your Choices

You can browse this site without providing any personal information. If you would like the correspondence resulting from a contact-form submission deleted, email us at president@thliv.systems and we will honor the request unless we are required to retain it.

6. Children

This site is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
