Frequently Asked Questions

What is THLIV Systems?

THLIV Systems LLC is an Ohio-based industrial software company founded by a 27-year journeyman sprinkler fitter. We build compliance-first platforms for regulated industries, starting with fire protection.

What is SprinkVue?

SprinkVue™ is our NFPA 25 inspection platform for fire protection contractors. It features walk-sequenced checklists, built-in compliance enforcement, GPS proof of compliance, offline-first architecture, and professional branded PDF reports.

Is SprinkVue available now?

SprinkVue is currently in beta. We're onboarding select fire protection contractors for our founding cohort. Contact us at president@thliv.systems to request early access.

What standards does SprinkVue support?

SprinkVue is built on NFPA 25, 2026 Edition — the latest standard for inspection, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems. The checklist includes 212 items across 6 system types (wet, dry, fire pump, standpipe, hydrant, and tank), each mapped to specific NFPA section references.

How much does SprinkVue cost?

SprinkVue starts at $100 per technician per month. No setup fees. No annual contracts. White-label branding is available at a higher tier. We believe in transparent pricing — you'll never need to schedule a demo just to see our prices.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on Cloudflare's U.S.-based infrastructure using D1 (database) and R2 (file storage). Your inspection data, photos, and reports are served from Cloudflare's global edge network for performance, with data residency in the United States.

Do you offer white-label branding?

Yes. Our white-label tier removes all SprinkVue branding from reports and the interface. Your company name, logo, and colors appear on every document. Your customers see your brand, not ours.
