THLIV Systems was founded by Thomas Hazelwood Loving IV, a 27-year journeyman member of UA Road Sprinkler Fitters Local 669.

After nearly three decades in the field — installing, inspecting, and maintaining fire protection systems across the country — he built software to solve problems he lived every day.

Compliance paperwork that took hours. Inspection data locked in proprietary silos. Reports that couldn't prove when or where an inspection actually happened. Tools built by people who had never set foot in a riser room.
